Another diesel leak, will I ever get rid of them. Called an engineer, Giles is his name, who popped along and fixed it, well it seems to be OK at the moment. I'm going to give him a call in the new year to do one or two other little jobs that need to be attended to.

I think that I am becoming a grouchy old man, must stop being solitary and join in more.
Spent Christmas with mum , Peter , Blynda , Bernetta , and a whole bunch of nieces with their partners and children. 19 people altogether and I thoroughly enjoyed myself, much more so then I expected to.
I was not really looking forward to it, it would disrupt my routine (as if I really have any routines anyway) but I am so glad that I went.

I had thought about motoring about two miles and mooring up outside 'The Jolly Boatman' at Kidlington, but there has been so many boats going past this morning that I don't think there will be any room, so I'll just stay where I am, there really is no rush.
